He received a first for his showing in the open foal class and Reserve Grand Champion in the class for foals, yearlings and two-year-olds.

Born May 25, 2008, out of Bonissimo (Donner Bube, Lemgo) by Londonderry, Hanovarian.
He received first prize in the Open Foal class at the WEHBA Northern Breeder's Show, out of 12 foals. He then went into the Championship class, which consisted of first and second from the Foal Futurity, Open Foal, Yearling and 2 Year Old classes. There were approximately 38 horses in all of those classe combined, and the colt received the Championship!
After that, Bonissimo went into the "Get" of Sire with 2 other Donner Bube mares and they received first prize.
The foal is now weaned and is for sale for $25,000.00 Cdn.

Bonissimo's sire, Donner Bube, is an imported Oldenburg. His grandsire Donnerhall was a top dressage competitor winning medals in World and European Championships, Horse of the Year honors and acclaim as a sire. The Donnerhall offspring have often been the high sellers at auctions. Donner Bube's dam line is just as strong as his sire line. Pik Bube 1 is a top sire of jumpers, dressage mounts, approved sons and Main studbook mares.
Falou is by the show jumper, Lemgo, and therefore a granddaughter of the influentual Landgraf I. Her dam is by Wedekind, a Ferdinand son, and out of a mare by Argentan, who is the sire of Argentinus - sire of jumpers Arko III, Anka 191 etc. and the broodmare sire of Quantum Tyme in Dressage.
Bonissimo is tall elegant and kind. She was started by Angie Golley and knows some dressage! She is a very uncomplicated mare who loves being around people and loves to please. She has the same rhythm all the time over any of the jumps - 2ft 6 to 3ft 6. She will make 16.3 easily. I think she would make a good eventer as she is bold and faces up to any jumps.

Sweet Barbie Battle's pedigree has duplications of the sport progenitors Bold Ruler, Fair Trial, Blue Larkspur and Hyperion. Her grandsire Bold Laddie is found in the pedigrees of numerous amateur sport horses in all disciplines.
This is a very generous gelding with a terrific aptitude for jumping. He has an elastic stride and is very easy and comfortable with a fantastic uphill canter. Beacon is extremely brave, a positive, forward yet soft ride to and from fences. He went to shows last year and obtained many ribbons in the hunter ring. He is a mischievous horse and needs a confident rider who does not get angry.
